hiddn Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hiddn app ("hiddn", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use hiddn.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Your content

• You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you post ("your content").
• By posting content, you grant hiddn a license to display, distribute, and store it as part of operating the app.
• You're solely responsible for your content. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing on others' rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Post spam, or use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to hiddn's systems.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

hiddn has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination against any individual or group.

If you encounter content or a user that violates this policy:

• Report it. Every comment and review in the app includes a Report option. You can also block any user directly from their profile, which immediately hides their content from your experience.
• We act quickly. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Content found to violate this policy is removed, and the user responsible is subject to suspension or permanent removal from hiddn.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Music and third-party data

Album artwork, track listings, and related music metadata are sourced from Apple's music catalog and displayed for informational purposes. hiddn is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

Disclaimer of warranties

hiddn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hiddn and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
